After a consultation call and your initial onboarding week where we look at your lifestyle, diet etc, you will be given a personalised training programme and nutritional guidance specific to you and your goals.
You will have support with a daily check in within the app and from me receive full nutritional support, weekly feedback where we discuss form, technique and how your week has gone and celebrate your achievements that week!
No boring meal plans, restrictive eating or food guilt here! Instead of removing all the foods you love, we work together to fit them in (in moderation!) whilst still achieving your goals.
No generic training plans! There is no one size fits all approach.
You will have access to an easy to use app for all of your workouts and we work together so that you have everything you need to achieve the results you’ve always wanted!
