After a 10 year corporate career I decided to follow my passion into the world of health and fitness. Making time for exercise had greatly improved my life both physically and mentally and I wanted to encourage other women to feel that way too. In 2017 I became a fully qualified Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor.
I love using weights and how they make me look and feel and I am so passionate about getting other women lifting too. I want to help you obtain the strength and confidence to walk into a gym, pick up a pair of weights and know how to use them. Weights are not just for the guys! And no, lifting weights will not make you "bulky"!
