I offer a free consultation which enables us to meet each other and discuss your goals, this can be done in person or on the phone.
During your first personal training session with me I will carry out a quick screen which allows me to see how you move and work out where your strengths lie and those we need to develop.
All sessions are tailored to the individual client. We will also discuss your lifestyle and set out some reasonable and achievable targets accordingly.
Food plays a large part in the process, and you really can't out-train a bad diet! However, depending on your goal, this should not necessarily mean a complete diet overhaul. We will discuss your current diet, I will offer nutritional guidance and we can see if there are any changes I can suggest to help you achieve your goals.
Not keen on training on your own? Then why not train with your best friend, sister or daughter?! Exercising together can be incredibly motivating and supportive.
Not only that, you will not only be accountable to yourself but to them too.
